Greetings and welcome to the Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ®, Sigma Omega  Chapter Website.  Standing on the shoulders of giants, it is my honor and privilege to serve as President of this historic and phenomenal chapter for the 2024-2025 administration.

Alpha Kappa Alpha Sorority, Incorporated ®, Sigma Omega Chapter has been serving the greater Cincinnati area since 1924. We are home of the 9th International President and 2nd Great Lakes Regional Director, Margaret Davis Bowen and the 11th International President and the 8th Great Lakes Regional Director, Laura Thelma Fife Lovelace.  We are a multigenerational chapter of phenomenal women who are making a difference in the community and living the sorority’s mission of “Service to all mankind.”

As Sigma Omega Chapter embarks on our Centennial Celebration in 2024, we will continue striving to make an impact in the Cincinnati area by Soaring to Greater Heights of Service and Sisterhood through our programs, community partnerships and social action.
